Chestatee Building
Dahlonega, GA
The Chestatee Building is part of the third phase of development at North Georgia. The building is only one block from the square in Dahlonega and serves as the University’s public face in the City.
The three-story facility houses a coffee shop with reading and lounge space, a bookstore, office space, an infirmary and approximately 6,000 sf of leasable retail.
To create a community streetscape, the building’s design is drawn from the elements found in nearby buildings. The design is forward-looking, taking into account the future parking and pedestrian right of way needs for future adjacent buildings.
