Lord, Aeck & Sargent is currently working on a master redevelopment plan for a 14-acre parcel in Dekalb County.
Due to its proximity to a residential neighborhood, the project requires particular sensitivity to the neighborhood’s desires and special attention to zoning regulations.
Lord, Aeck & Sargent is working closely with both the neighborhood organization and Dekalb County to meet their requirements, while staying focused on the project’s vision to create a viable retail and residential center.
In response to the uncertain economy, the Center’s implementation plan for the street grid calls for development to occur in phases.
