Pryor Street Townhomes

Lord, Aeck & Sargent designed the Pryor Street Townhomes development to be located on a compact urban site in the Mechanicsville neighborhood, west of Turner Field.  The townhomes, which consist of fourteen 4-level townhomes, have a clean, contemporary aesthetic, with extensive glass on the north façade, in order to maximize light and views for the residences. The design intent was to create a rich urban streetscape, using color and varied materials to differentiate the townhomes.
 
The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath residential unit designs range from 1,913 sf to 1,939 sf, and feature efficient, open floor plans with studio/office space on the ground level.  Generous roof terrace and a bedroom or media room on the top level will take advantage of downtown Atlanta skyline views.  Sustainable residential features include zoned HVAC systems and tankless water heaters.
