The project is part of a master planned community consisting of seven building with a variety of uses including Office, Retail, Hotel, and Residential. The project scope includes the design of three Buildings with associated structured parking.

• Building A consists of 76 residential plus 17,790 sf of retail space.
• Building B consists of 69 residential units plus 18,960 sf of retail space.
• Building C consists of 90 residential units plus 1,340 sf of retail space.

Each of the three buildings is designed to have a familial relationship to the others, but with a unique identity.
