Crescent Uptown

Crescent Uptown is a complex mixed use development including a major national grocer, retail area, office area, 180 highrise residential units, 250 midrise apartments, and a 350-key hotel.

The site is located at the city center of Uptown Charlotte along Stonewall Street across from the NASCAR Hall of Fame museum. The site is also located along the South Boulevard connection to Charlotte’s energetic South End neighborhood. In addition, a strong development feature is the site’s adjacency to Charlotte’s LYNX lightrail line. The grocer, for example, plans to locate an expansive deli and food bar with outdoor seating immediately accessible to the lightrail tracks at Stonewall Station.
