Lord Aeck Sargent is currently working on a master redevelopment plan for a 14-acre parcel in DeKalb County.
Due to its proximity to a residential neighborhood, the project requires particular sensitivity to the neighborhood’s desires and special attention to zoning regulations. LAS is working closely with both the neighborhood organization and Dekalb County to meet their requirements, while staying focused on the project’s vision to create a viable retail and residential center.
In response to the uncertain economy, the Center’s implementation plan for the street grid calls for development to occur in phases.
