Lord Aeck Sargent was selected by Georgia Military College to design an addition and renovation to the Cordell Events Center.
The Cordell Events Center had become outdated and could no longer support the growing number of students using the facility. Phase I of the project included:
- Six health and wellness instructional spaces
- Athletic healthcare facility and training lab
- Physical training space
- Elevated walking/running track
- Two multi-use courts
- Prep school student lockers
- Staff offices
Phase II will include an 1,800-seat convocation center, additional instructional and physical training spaces and offices to support the institution.
